You may request a return under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from what was shown
📌 Return Request Time:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
📌 Product Condition:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the product
💰 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refund will be sent via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
📌 Delivery Charge:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return cost

Instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
