🔄 Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown

📌 Return Request Time:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

📌 Product Condition:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • You simply changed your mind after receiving the product

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • Refund will be sent via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer

📌 Delivery Charge:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return cost

🔁 Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
